MIOSA BRIDE APPOINtMENT POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS


Appointment Cancellations:

Appointments are private sessions scheduled with your personal consultant. We will spend this time learning about your vision and trying on gowns to find your perfect dress! A 48 hour cancellation notice via phone or text is required to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Credit/Debit card required for booking. Fee is only charged if a 48 hour notice of cancellation is not received. Miosa Classic appointments are free of charge, however if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the start of the appointment there will be a $50 charge. You must notify Miosa Bride if you are running late for your appointment or need to reschedule.


Late or Extended Appointments:

In order to keep to our schedule, we will not extend appointments past their allotted time due to customer tardiness or any other reason unless time permits. Miosa Classic appointments do not exceed 90 minutes, Miosa VIP Appointments do not exceed 2 hours and Mimosas @ Miosa appointments do not exceed 2.5 hours. If more time is needed to find a dress at the end of an appointment, a second appointment can be scheduled at that time.


Experience Packages:

Our Experience appointments including Mimosas @ Miosa and Miosa VIP must be paid for in full at the time of booking. There are no refunds or cancellations. Miosa Bride must be notified 24 hours in advance to reschedule any VIP or Mimosa appointments. A maximum of 2 hours will be allotted for VIP appointments and a maximum of 2.5 hours will be allotted for Mimosa appointments. No more than 5 additional guests may be added after booking unless approved by Miosa Bride and may incur an additional cost. No outside food or drink is allowed on premises at Miosa Bride.


Alcohol Consumption:

No persons under the age of 21 will be permitted to consume alcohol on the Miosa Bride premises. A waiver must be signed prior to all appointments where alcohol is consumed. Individuals and guests will assume all liability for self and invitees and/or other guests for any form of negligence that may arise from the consumption of alcohol.

Experience Appointments:

Miosa Bride will provide a maximum of two bottles of champagne for every party of six for VIP and Mimosa appointments. Complimentary alcohol from Miosa Bride must be consumed during the appointment and cannot be removed by any guests during or after an appointment. No outside alcohol may be brought onto the premises at Miosa Bride for VIP or Mimosa appointments.

Classic Appointments:

Champagne may be brought by guests to Classic appointments only and will require notification to Miosa Bride. Glasses or stemware must be provided by the guests and removed at the conclusion of the appointment. Sharing of champagne with any other Miosa Bride customers or their guests is not permitted.


Photography & Video Release:

Miosa Bride holds the rights to all photos and videos taken by XSiGHT for Experience Packages to be used on the website, social media and advertising. Photos and video of the dress purchased will not be used until after given wedding date unless approved by the customer.
